Like the birds that sing together, call to each other, gather together and feed on the sun and the earth, I too would like to gather with you.

On March 14, we invite you again to our next Ecstatic Dance. Let us come together to celebrate what is.
As nature slowly awakens and grows, I invite us to take the next steps softly and mindfully. With patience. With care. With tenderness.
Old patterns that may have become unconscious or rough can be seen and released.

🔥Organizational notes:

We start at 6pm. If the circle has already started, arriving later may be uncomfortable for you and for the group.
Doors are open from 5:30pm and you are welcome to come earlier and arrive at your leisure.

Carpooling:
In Shayan's Circle you can offer to carpool or ask if sharing a ride is possible.

- Onion principle: Dress so that you can take something off when you get warm.
- You can dress however you feel comfortable - everything is welcome.
- Please don't take all your clothes onto the dance floor - we have changing rooms.
- Bring a water bottle.
- And most importantly: bring your open, joyful heart! ❤️
