Winter is still holding us in its chilly grip - and we're dancing together to keep warm. On January 31, we invite you to another Ecstatic Dance at ASV Botnang in Stuttgart to round off the first month of the new year with the community.

Feel the Night

You can expect a lovingly held space for free movement, authentic expression and genuine connection. Barefoot, without words and without intoxicants - just you, your breath and the music that takes you on a journey through different waves: from a gentle arrival to ecstatic highs and into the silent expanse. Whether you're an experienced dancer or completely new to the Ecstatic Dance Floor - this is your place to surrender, let go and experience yourself as part of a vibrant community.

Meet the DJ - Romi Soulpower

Romy Soulpower is a DJ, producer and spiritual coach from the Stuttgart area. For many years she has combined her love of Latin, Afro, Tribal and House music with conscious spaces such as Ecstatic Dance & Conscious Dance. For her, there is nothing more liberating and healing than music and dance - that's why she creates sets that are powerful yet sensitive and invite you to feel your true essence. With over 10 years of stage experience as a Zumba instructor and her training as an Ecstatic Dance DJ, she composes musical journeys that take you from the Ibiza summer feeling to spherical expanses. Romi stands for ecstatic beats that appeal to body, heart and soul in equal measure.

Cacao & Earth Love

Our cacao is raw and untreated and comes from fiery Colombia. We cook it with a lot of care and love. We usually add a little cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, date sweetener, coconut and almond milk. There are about 40 portions of vegan Ritual Raw Cacaos available - first come, first serve. Please bring your own cup for cacao and/or tea to reduce waste. Mother Earth says thank you - and so do we. Spoiler: For every cup you bring, you get half a ladle more cocoa :-) If you like, bring flyers for your favorite projects and share your light with the community.

So that the magic of the room remains tangible, we ask you:

• We dance barefoot or in socks.

• We stay sober: free of alcohol & drugs - for a clear "natural high".

• On the dance floor, we maintain silence and non-verbal communication: eye contact, gestures and movement.

• Cell phones remain in flight mode - no photos, videos, no Shazam.

• We respect our own boundaries and those of others.

• Please refrain from wearing strong, synthetic perfume and come freshly showered.

This creates a safe space in which you can show yourself and let go.
