Ronni Chicago takes you on a journey ranging from 60 to 180 BPM, spanning genres from ambient and dub to house and hip hop, techno, dubstep, and DnB, and many more.

Greta Gold and Mickey Arratoon will guide you through a short meditation to connect with yourself and your body.

Pack a water bottle and a towel and come to Garage Ost to work up a sweat. Afterward, there’s a chance to enjoy brunch and hang out together at Caza Ost.
