Program: We start with a special movement introduction, transition into the ecstatic party and end the evening magically with a surprise live act.

Invitation to bring along: If you like, bring a cushion, pillow, blanket, short clothes 👘👚🩲👙 or possibly an eye mask for the end.

You have a water flat rate included in the ticket price. If you like, bring your own water bottle to fill up.

The event takes place barefoot or on socks for everyone and is 'sober' - i.e. free of any drugs or alcohol.

Ecstatic Dance is more than just a party - it's a MOVEMENT that focuses on the power of free expression through dance.

Unlike traditional club events, Ecstatic Dance has no set steps or choreography.

Instead, this form of dance invites participants to express their innermost feelings and emotions through spontaneous movement.

The atmosphere at an Ecstatic Dance event is open, supportive and free of judgment.

It's not about who you are, right or wrong, beautiful or less "beautiful" dancing, it's about being authentic and in the moment.
