Ein Abend mit Sophia Fritz

The man - a victim? It is still primarily men who exercise power and shape social structures. But behind this dominance lies a contradictory reality: men who withdraw, remain silent or remain emotionally unavailable - in relationships, families and towards themselves. Based on the loss of her brother, Sophia Fritz embarks on a haunting search for clues. She asks how masculinity is created today and why it is so often associated with pain - for men themselves and for those around them. After "Toxic Femininity", she presents "The Man, the Victim" (ET October 6, 2026), a clever and sensitive analysis of patriarchal masculinity - and at the same time opens up the prospect of a freer, more vulnerable understanding of what it can mean to be a man today.
