EIN KÄFIG GING EINEN VOGEL SUCHEN

In the organizer's words:

A CAGE WENT LOOKING FOR A BIRD

Children's and youth theater and workshop project P10

How free is the world we live in really? Where does our own freedom end in favor of another? When do we have to look out for others and when do we have to protect ourselves? Seven stressed people get stuck in an elevator - which only opens its doors to places of Kafkaesque proportions. Whether these places also promise freedom is something each person has to explore for themselves.
Following in Kafka's footsteps, "EIN KÄFIG GING EINEN VOGEL SUCHEN" merges dream and reality, the inner and outer worlds, theater and media art into an intoxicating collage that aims to do nothing less than explore the limits of freedom. The project is a cooperation between the Medienwerkstatt and this year's children's and youth theater project.
