The great musicians Andrej Lakisov, Ralf Benschu and Karsten Intrau shed a musical light on Christmas in their very own jazzy way. They interpret the catchy tunes "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" or "Santa Claus is coming" in a completely different way.
They strike a balance between tradition and modernity, longing and emotion, with arrangements of Christmas classics, improvisations, swing, Bossanova and Partita by Johann Sebastian Bach. Starting with familiar music, something new emerges the moment the musicians come together. The result is a concert full of power, dynamism and spirituality. It creates space for reflection, inspiration and strengthening power, just before Christmas. Free mulled wine and Stolle will set the mood with musical Christmas surprises.
