In the organizer's words:
Our works are meant to fascinate the viewer, bring a smile to their face, and add a touch of positivity to everyday life during these times. We want to delight visitors with beautiful images, help them forget their daily routines, and let them enjoy the photographs.
The subjects—as well as their translation into images—are as diverse as the photographers themselves.
Sometimes beauty is just a fleeting moment—a caterpillar on a leaf, the play of light on a facade, or the brief instant of a sunset. This exhibition celebrates beauty with images that are colorful, vibrant, and simply beautiful.
We hope to inspire visitors to enjoy their time in the beautiful castle garden and discover their own definition of “simply beautiful.”

Exhibition runs from June 22 to September 19, 2026; open all day at the Starnberg Palace Gardens
