This series of courses will guide you through everything that awaits you after the birth. Our aim is to make your start to family life more comfortable. In structured face-to-face sessions, we work together on all the important family-related topics. Practical, evidence-based and with room for individual questions.

The overall booking allows you continuous support, personal exchange in the group, as well as well-founded professional impulses for a secure and self-determined start as a family. At the same time, there is room for sustainable networking among the families - beyond the course series.

Ticket prices are based on participation as a single person or as a couple.
