Paderborn - Together with the Paderborn cultural association Tonika e.V., the KAWAII restaurant is continuing its cultural format KAWAII Kultur 2026. On February 18, 2026, Carsten Keber will perform his special solo program at KAWAII and bring the spirit of the King of Rock 'n' Roll to Paderborn.

Elvis lives - a musical journey through time

With a quiff in his hair, oversized glasses, a distinctive voice and - of course - the legendary Las Vegas glitter suit, Carsten Keber takes his audience on an emotional journey into the world of Elvis Presley. Keber does not see himself as a mere impersonator. Rather, his aim is to pay tribute to Elvis Presley in an honest, respectful and very personal way.

His journey began over 23 years ago at a karaoke competition with the song "Love Me Tender". What nobody could have guessed at the time was that this moment would develop into an impressive stage career and a show that has long since achieved cult status. In 2024, Carsten Keber and his band even won the Music Contest at the European Elvis Festival in Bad Nauheim.

Solo program with personality

As part of the Tonika cultural program, Keber presents a solo program at KAWAII that deliberately differs from classic Elvis shows. In addition to the music, he chats out of the sewing box, tells anecdotes and charmingly involves the audience in the action. The atmosphere quickly becomes exuberant, personal and close - in keeping with the KAWAII culture.

Keber lives the show - and you can feel it from the very first note. With great stage presence and palpable passion, he effortlessly wraps his audience around his finger and brings the King back to life for an afternoon.

Cuisine meets culture

Like all KAWAII Kultur events, this afternoon will be accompanied by culinary delights. A specially tailored menu and selected drink specials will turn the concert experience into a holistic moment of enjoyment.
