Ecstatic Dance with a twist!

Here’s what to expect:

Following Saturday’sFamily & Ecstatic Dance, we’re offering a guidedEmbodied Movement sessionset to a live performance on Sunday morning to wrap up our anniversary celebration. Together, we’ll explore our own movements and flow through the set.

Afterward: Time for sharing and good conversations, as well as nourishing drinks, snacks, and a warm meal.

Schedule:

10:00 a.m. – Doors Open: Open space for connection | Cold & hot drinks | Snacks

10:30 –DOORS CLOSE | Opening Circle & Warm-Up

11:00 a.m. – EmbodiedMovement Session with DJ Live Set

12:30 –Sound Healing with a live artist & Closing Circle

Starting around 1:00 PM –Open space for connection | Cold & hot drinks | Hot meal

This event is for:

Anyone old enough to understand the guidelines. You don’t need any prior dance experience, and you’re welcome to come alone—we’ll make everyone feel at home. 🫶

Guidelines:

No shoes, no alcohol, no talking:

We dance barefoot (or in socks), 
just as we are (alcohol- and drug-free space) 
and with our bodies (without words).

(No) Dress Code & Packing List:

It’s best to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

Optional items to pack:

• thick socks + sweater

• yoga mat and/or blanket

• Journal

• a change of shirt, if needed

FromTübingen Central Station, about 10 minutes by bus + a 3-minute walk.

About 7 minutes bybike.
