Feeling into the body and with nature

In this workshop, we combine simple movements and short relaxation exercises with the nature around us. We are outside, feeling the ground under our feet, the wind on our skin and the fresh air as we breathe.
Together we pay attention to how the body feels from the inside: breath, muscle tension, warmth, cold, tingling. At the same time, we consciously perceive nature: the rustling of the leaves, the feeling of grass or earth under our hands, the sounds around us.
You don't need any prior knowledge and don't have to do anything "right" - you just listen to your body and what feels good.
The exercises help you to let go of stress, feel more confident and be kinder to yourself.
We do a lot of the exercises sitting, standing or walking. In between, we talk about what we notice. You can take a break at any time.
The method is called Embodiment.

The visit is free of charge, but please register using the form on our website!
We meet downstairs at the Tiergarten S-Bahn station.
Wear comfortable clothes that suit the weather and that you can sit on the grass in. If heavy rain is forecast, the workshop will take place indoors at LIFE.
