Two of the most uncompromising bands on the current metal scene will share the stage this November: Employed To Serve from the UK and Cabal from Copenhagen are bringing their co-headlining tour to Hamburg, with Cold Culture as the opening act.

Employed To Servehave evolved from their early days of feral mathcore into one of the most exciting voices in modern metal. On their latest album, “Fallen Star,” Justine Jones and Sammy Urwin blend heavy metalcore riffs with unexpectedly melodic hooks, featuring guest appearances by Will Ramos (Lorna Shore) and Jesse Leach (Killswitch Engage). After touring with Gojira and performing at Bloodstock, Hellfest, and Wacken, the band has proven that they’re more than ready for arena-sized shows, all while staying true to their DIY roots.

Cabalfrom Copenhagen are considered one of the most brutal bands of their generation. Their sound fuses oppressive death metal with modern hardcore, metalcore, and dark electronic elements into a veritable sonic assault. With their fourth album, “Everything Rots” (Nuclear Blast), the band tackles dark, personal themes such as depression, addiction, and trauma—uncompromisingly and relentlessly, just as you’d expect from Cabal.
