1 workshop day. 1 topic. 2 workshop leaders. One almost 30, one almost 60. Elisa Barth is an art therapist and Claudia Dorka is a Gestalt therapist & coach. We set impulses and get into conversation, experiment and explore together with the participants. We gather experiences, playfully turn what belongs to the topic from right to left and also use creative elements from art therapy and theater work.

Who are you, woman? WK1: Saturday, 13.01.2024, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who are you, woman?! Young, old, mother, child, queer, partner, sister, hip, conservative, urban, just like that and what else...? We go on a journey of discovery together and each of us individually. Being a woman is a broad field: exciting, where I will place myself, you will place yourself, we will place ourselves.

(M)a body & me... WK2: Saturday, 03.02.2024, 10 am to 6 pm

(M)a body & I... fit together, think they're stupid, get along great, still know little about each other, go on a journey together. How do I experience judgment and evaluation? Do my own body image or the eyes of others define who I am? What does ageing do to me? How do I get in touch with my body? What gets under my skin? Do I live with it, through it, against it?

Being strong is everything! WK3: Saturday, 09.03.2024, 10 am to 6 pm

Being strong is everything?! Seeking and finding strengths and weaknesses. The space of possibility: being able to allow both, not wanting either and yet living, hiding, using and finding one and the other - spontaneously, consciously, purposefully, without intention. We go in search of clues.

Where is the woman going? WK4: Saturday, 06.04.2024, 10 am to 6 pm

Where is woman going? Where am I right now? Did I want to go there? How do I know that? Do I have an idea of what still lies dormant inside me? Who decides what happens next? What am I dreaming about? Do I feel a longing? Can that be? And then what? In which shoes do I walk: mine, yours, hers, his? A journey of discovery through the familiar, the unknown and the new.
