The workshop - Relaxing with singing bowls is a popular opportunity to do something good for yourself and at the same time get to know the world of singing bowls and sound methods according to Peter Hess®, as well as their possible uses.
You will playfully learn specific sound exercises for everyday life. Under expert guidance, you can gain your first experience with singing bowls and gain an insight into how the sounds work.
In a 2-part exercise, you will perform a sound relaxation for the back under guidance.
