Espresso & Barista-Grundlagen Kaffeeextraktion verstehen
In the organizer's words:
This practice-oriented barista course is all about the preparation of espresso and classic espresso drinks. In a small group of a maximum of 10 participants, you will learn how good espresso is made - from the bean to the cup. The course is deliberately designed to be both knowledgeable and practical. Practical demonstrations and group exercises are used to analyze and explain grind, dosage, roping, extraction and taste. In this way, participants learn how to assess espresso and recognize mistakes. In addition to the basics of espresso preparation, the last part of the course also includes an introduction to latte art and milk preparation. Milk texture, temperature and basic milk foaming techniques are taught in a practical way. Theory and practice go hand in hand so that what you learn can be easily transferred to your own espresso machine at home. The course is aimed at beginners, home baristas and coffee lovers who want to develop a sound understanding of espresso. The focus is on specialist knowledge, sensory understanding and practical tips - not just machine operation. No previous knowledge is required.
