How does the course work?

After a warm welcome, we start with a brief introduction to the history and hype surrounding the Espresso Martini. Then it's straight to the shaker:

• Introduction to the ingredients and mixing technique
• Step-by-step instructions for the classic Espresso Martini
• Individual variations (e.g. salted caramel, coconut cream or classic)

Aims of the course

After the course, you will know how to prepare the perfect Espresso Martini and which small steps will take it to bar level.

You will learn how to balance flavors, control texture and crema and develop your own signature style.
