The non-partisan Europa-Union Deutschland cordially invites you to the Citizens' Dialogue "European Town Hall Discussion: The Harz Mountains ahead of the 2024 European elections". The event will take place on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 in Wernigerode Town Hall.
The Harz region plays an important role within the European Union, both economically and culturally. It is of great relevance to understand what significance the EU has for the Harz region and how the region's interests can be better represented within the EU. We want to address these questions together, as well as the possibility of how we, citizens, can effectively use our voice in the European elections in June 2024.
Come along and discuss the upcoming European elections and the importance of the EU for Wernigerode and the Harz region with various experts. The Citizens' Dialogue offers you the opportunity to address your questions and concerns to representatives from politics, science and civil society and to engage in a discussion with them and with each other.
Date: Wednesday, April 17, 2024
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. followed by a reception
