Unless you have no idea where you are. Or no money. But sometimes in life it's not so easy to establish your own position beyond doubt. Neither emotionally, politically nor geographically. And sometimes you just don't have the necessary means.
Eva Karl Faltermeier finds out where we all want to be picked up, where the journey takes us and what it costs us.

Eva Karl Faltermeier, born in 1983, is a single mother of two children and a trained journalist. Her first stage program "Es geht dahi" won over critics and audiences alike. She was awarded the Senkrechtstarter Prize of the Bavarian Cabaret Prize, the Newcomer Prize of the Hessian Cabaret Prize and the Prix Pantheon. The city of Regensburg honored her with the "Kulturförderpreis 2020". For the trained journalist, the greatest goal is to entertain with stories. Eva Karl Faltermeier was a blog author and lecturer. She writes columns (Bayern2) and runs her own indie interview podcast ("Es lafft"), for which she received the 2021 Cultural Award of the District of Upper Palatinate. EVA KARL FALTERMEIER - ZUR KÜNSTLERIN Her first book "Der Grant der Frau" was published by Süd/Ost in October 2021. The second book "Mama fatale" was published by dtv in mid-March 2023. At the beginning of 2023, she hosted her program KARLSPLATZ - Talk und Tumult on BR television.
Her favorite hobbies are wading, gardening and hiking with her children.
