EXILE IN TIME III mit SYNDEMIC - DAMNATION DEFACED - THE BLACK COURT - SCARNIVAL

EXILE IN TIME is back for its third edition. Featuring a diverse lineup of melodic death metal bands, the festival will take place again this year on September 4 at LOGO Hamburg. This year’s lineup includes: 

SYNDEMIC—founded in 2011, the Hamburg-based band has enjoyed various successes during its active years:
In 2014, they released their debut album “For Those In Desperation,” followed by the 2017 follow-up “Annihalte The I,” with which they were able to further solidify their sound.
Syndemic’s melodic, progressive death metal sits somewhere between tradition and modernity, creating a multifaceted dynamic that blends complexity, brutality, and melancholy.
In 2025/2026, Syndemic returned to songwriting mode and now have new material ready. The Exile In Time III lineup will thus feature a mix of songs rarely played live, classics, and new, unreleased material.

DAMNATION DEFACED - Sci-fi death metal of the finest kind. With their colorful mix of mid-tempo and faster songs combined with atmospheric synths, they draw the listener in and transport them to a sci-fi world.

THE BLACK COURT - Founded in 2011, THE BLACK COURT from Hanover deliver melodic death metal in all its facets. With their album “Amber-Momentum Grotesque,” released in 2025, they’ve managed to create a compact work with catchy melodies without sacrificing complexity or aggression.

SCARNIVAL - With the arrival of singer Alex, Scarnival are ushering in a new era in their band’s history.
With new songs from their second album, “The Hell Within,” and a few classics from their debut, “The Art Of Suffering,” they’re finally returning to Hamburg after a long absence.
