Game Day is for those long, complex games that you’d otherwise never find a group to play spontaneously. We mainly play games that take 4 hours or more.

Anyone who’s been here before has probably noticed the top row of the board game wall.

There you’ll find large, heavy game boxes with extensive, complex rulebooks and playtimes ranging from four to twelve hours. Finding players on the spot for these games is rarely successful given their length. That’s why we hold our Extreme Board Game Day every third Saturday of the month.

Fans of long board games will find plenty to enjoy here and can dive deep into the worlds of Eclipse, Gloomhaven, Descent, Mage Knight, and a thousand other universes. Of course, you can also play the shorter games, especially to warm up or as a quick break in between.

We have a small kiosk with cold snacks. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own games and food.

No registration is required, and there is free admission. We look forward to seeing new faces, regulars, and any friends and family you bring along.
