The Tiefstack coal-fired power plant is to switch to 70% "climate-neutral" heat sources by 2030. But how climate-neutral are river heat pumps, industrial waste heat and waste incineration really? A cycle tour organized by BUND Hamburg invites a critical discussion - also relevant for universities, as district heating, for example, accounts for around 20% of emissions at the University of Hamburg.
The event is organized by BUND Hamburg and Students for Future Hamburg and is part of the "Climate Week" from 5 - 11 May.
Meeting point: In front of MediaMarkt/JUPITER (in front of the StadtRad station, Mönckebergstraße 1)
