„Februar Flow – Hula Hoop & Charleston Weekend“

Experience February dancing, creatively and full of energy!

At the "February Flow - Hoop & Charleston Weekend", you not only create your own dance hoop, but also get it swinging. Two days full of movement, rhythm and flow - inspired by vintage jazz and hoop dance.

🌿 Day 1 - Create your own hula hoop and dance

Saturday, 10:00 - 15:00 📍Studio Lagerhof

10 am - 12 pm: Hula Hoop building

• You build your very own hula hoop, choose colors, tape and size - and create your own dance tool.
• One hula hoop is included, if you would like to make two, please let me know in advance.

12.45 - 14.45: SOLO JAZZ & CHARLESTON

• Afterwards you will learn a solo jazz & Charleston choreography

A flow between craft, music and movement - for body, mind and soul.

🌸 Day 2 - Tricks, flow & small choreography

Sunday, 10:00 - 14:30 📍Blade 22

We dive deeper into the hoop world:

• 2 hours of hoop tricks & technique,
• We repeat the dance moves and at the end we create a small final choreography that combines everything.
• Let yourself be surprised at how fluently hoop and dance merge!

Previous knowledge:

• Previous knowledge of hula hoop or the dance style is an advantage
• BUT - everything can be done without prior knowledge.
• Ultimately, it's about the combination of dance and hoop and the idea of the approach.
• LEVEL: for beginners
