Feldbaden: Erholung finden in der Stadtnatur - Wundervolle Orte NeuKölln

Over the course of these 3 hours, we’ll explore the diverse natural landscape of Tempelhofer Feld together. Along the way, we’ll find moments of relaxation and mindfulness and connect with the nature around us through creative expression. This mindful approach is much more than just a nature walk; it provides you with methods and inspiration for greater mindfulness and a deeper connection to nature in your everyday life.

Here, you’ll learn simple yet effective techniques that can be easily integrated into your daily life to promote inner peace and resilience. We’ll benefit from the health-promoting effects of experiencing nature through “field bathing”—right in the middle of the big city! In just a short time, you’ll be able to noticeably reduce your stress levels. And it’s fun, too!

Important Notes: Please bring a seat pad or a small stool (if possible, for those who have difficulty sitting on the ground). Please wear warm, weather-appropriate clothing (rain or sun protection), sturdy shoes, and bring plenty of drinks. Tempelhofer Feld is very exposed to wind and sun. On some dates, the presenter will be accompanied by her dog.
