Feministische 1. Mai Demonstration

Feminist May 1st demonstration
13:12, at Henriettenplatz (S-Bahn station Halensee)

Demonstration route: Henriettenplatz - Kurfürstendamm - Tauentzinstr - Wittenbergplatz

Rising prices in the supermarket and housing market, a health system in tatters, war in Europe, the Middle East and East Africa, the reintroduction of compulsory military service. One crisis seems to follow the next, and we are right in the middle of it. What kind of life is it where we are never safe, where violence happens or threatens us at every level? Violence that manifests itself in wars, that exploits us in poorly paid jobs, that wants to beat us off the streets and lock us up. From which we are not even safe at home.

Even in our own structures, we are often exposed to patriarchal mechanisms.

Fuck your flowers, empty promises and girl-boss feminism. We demand change. We will continue to break up and fight patriarchal structures.

So join us on the streets at 1.12pm for a feminist first of May!
