FEMME TOTAL BERLIN - SHE'S LIVE!

Women are still underrepresented in the music industry? You can do something about that! From March 2026, we will be supporting 3 solo female musicians live once a month at the JUNCTION BAR in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Three musicians, one band, once a month - without a rehearsal!

An evening in which, in addition to an extraordinary musical experience, you can also learn a lot about the difficult path of trying to assert an opinion as a woman in the recording studio or fighting for the goodwill of a (naturally) mostly male technician at gigs. About the still clear imbalance in terms of gender equality in the music industry, both in the charts, in the participation of registered songs and on festival stages. That there are still differences, even in a supposedly diverse cultural scene.

The musicians will be accompanied by the Berlin band DAS MIT DEN BLUMEN TUT MIR LEID - with guitar, bass, electric piano and drums. The decisive factor for this format is, on the one hand, the years-long search for female musicians for the band and the imbalance in the music industry that still cannot be overlooked. We also prefer to book female support bands on tour.

AZZURRA from Berlin.

AZZURRA is an Italian artist living in Berlin, working between dark pop and electronic soundscapes. Her music combines intimate vocals with atmospheric productions and moves between English, Italian and dialect. She recently released the singles "Mon Amour" and "Male" and is currently working on her new multilingual album "Rot".

LINA PIAZENTINI from Berlin.

The Berlin singer-songwriter creates an unmistakably intimate sound space with her ukulele. The often underestimated instrument sounds warm and dreamy in her songs and lends them a profound lightness. She combines her multilingual lyrics with sensitive melodies and addresses themes such as transience, interpersonal communication and community. The mood of her music moves between nostalgic warmth and quiet confidence. Sometimes her singing is gentle, almost weightless, then again soulful and powerful - always carried by an authentic presence that creates closeness and touches her audience directly.

LAURA OLIVEIRA from Berlin.

Laura Oliveira is a queer FLINTA artist with Brazilian roots who is closing a striking gap in the alternative pop/rock landscape with her project. Her artistic training began in 2019 with vocal studies, which not only laid the foundation for her craft, but also had a lasting impact on her artistic maturity and industry network. Laura Oliveira not only proves that she understands the market through her music: a degree in marketing gives her the expertise she needs to manage her project strategically and professionally. She already set her first milestones in 2022 by collaborating with established acts
such as Domiziana and Replay Okay for the release "Against Water". Her feel for the zeitgeist is reflected in her organic growth: with a community of over 52,000 followers on TikTok and placements in well-known editorial playlists such as "Women GSA" and "Fresh Finds", she has proven that her music has a broad resonance. She underlined her live qualities as a support act for Gottmik in May 2026.

Laura Oliveira is currently developing her new EP "headspace" in close collaboration with producer Darius Henry (Cloudy June, Vanés, among others). In upcoming tracks such as "loathe me", "sapphisticated" or "guaraná", she processes highly honest intersectional topics such as identity, queerness, mental health and growing up between different cultures into a progressive pop sound. Laura Oliveira gives a voice to those who are often perceived as "antiheroes" in the classic narrative. Her focus in 2026 is on playing live more often and expanding her visual brand and artistry. In addition to numerous collaborations, this includes, for example, taking the long overdue step of learning how to produce music herself in order to refine her sound.
