This special family tour will appeal to all your senses as you immerse yourself in the fascinating world of painting. On the tour through the exhibition of the panorama "THE CATHEDRAL OF MONET", you can look forward to a variety of sensory impressions and learn more about Yadegar Asisi's passion - painting.

The panorama "THE CATHEDRAL OF MONET - Freedom of Painting" by Berlin artist Yadegar Asisi will also captivate and inspire you after the tour.

With the 32-metre-high panorama, the artist invites you on a picturesque journey to the French city of Rouen at the end of the 19th century. The focus is on the impressive Notre Dame Cathedral, which has been immortalized in a diverse interplay of extraordinary colour nuances, shades and incidences of light. Numerous contemporaries of the era, such as Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh and Auguste Renoir, can be found on the square in front of it and in the city's alleyways. Background noises and music that reflect the atmosphere of the late 19th century as well as a day and night light simulation bring France's past to life. The exhibition can be viewed at ground level or from the various levels of the 15-metre-high visitor platform.

All children also receive a free puzzle rally with their admission.

The Panometer Leipzig is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
