Self-Defense – Your Strength Starts in Your Mind
5 days, 60 minutes each – our vacation courses
Kids WingTsun and Teens WingTsun teach children, in a playful way, effective self-assertion, efficient self-defense, how to recognize danger, and ways to resolve conflicts nonviolently.
In this vacation course, children and teens receive valuable tips on topics such as setting boundaries and saying “no.” The “safe way to school” and “children out and about on their own” are also covered in this compact course. The content is taught in an action- and solution-oriented manner and adapted to the needs and developmental level of each student.
This vacation course also gives your child a glimpse into our Kids WingTsun program—a great opportunity to secure a spot in one of our children’s classes.
