In the organizer's words:
"Art journaling": cutting out, painting, sticking on, punching out - there are many ways to create an "art journal". It doesn't have to be chronological like a traditional diary. You can design this booklet in color, thematically or completely without a concept and give free rein to your creativity. The great thing about it is that you don't need any specific materials. Anything you have lying around in the way of newspapers, stickers or scraps of paper can be used.
