Fermentation made easy: enjoyable, creative and really good for your gut. In the Plant Amour Food Lab, you will learn the basics of fermentation and make your own mixed veggie ferment. After a compact introduction to lactic acid fermentation and the effects of fermented foods, you'll get straight into the practical side of things. Together we will cut, season and ferment seasonal vegetables - suitable for everyday use, individual and full of flavor. A delicious tasting rounds off the workshop and provides inspiration for sustainable well-being.
