In the organizer's words:

A day for single moms* and dads*

On Friday, July 12, 2024, the münchner frauenforum is organizing the festival for single mums* for the first time at the Giesinger Bahnhof cultural center.

A day dedicated to single parents. There will be a marketplace with social institutions, associations, initiatives and entrepreneurs*, meet-ups, workshops and keynote speeches as well as a mom-friendly disco with DJ Paula Panther from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

With the festival, we want to give single mothers* more visibility and attention. Single parents* are also massively affected by poverty in Munich. In addition, they often have sole parenting responsibility, emotional isolation and are at a disadvantage compared to "normal" families.

Workshops + keynote speeches . .. treat yourself to some time out at our workshops. Learn interesting news and methods from experts*.

MeetUps ... get to know the experts* and ask specific questions. Find targeted solutions in a small group.

Also free childcare with "Get dirty", 1.00 - 5.00 pm (for children aged 3 and over) Book table from "Buch in der Au" Festival flair with photo box, glitter table, and much more.
