The Art of Life and Death by Claire F. Crescini and 20 Seconds by Silvia Remigio are dance solos in which the female body becomes a place of memory, resistance and transformation - a rebellion against the limits imposed on bodies and a poetic reminder of their powerful, sensual vitality.

Claire Crescini explores the delicacy and strength of the body, its connection to nature and the desire to be discovered - a dance between breath and weight, between disappearance and awakening. Silvia Remigio places the body in the field of tension between violence and law and rebellion against social power. Voice and text name the injuries that become loud and no longer fall silent. The pieces penetrate the silence, breaking it through movement, sound and silence. Between pleasure and pain, shame and self-assertion, a space of liberation is created.
