How do you say goodbye to your homeland? How do you carry on memories without being overwhelmed by them? One Strike Salvation is an intense duet that makes these questions physically tangible - through movement, rhythm and ritual gestures.

Stones, songs, flags and dance - Yotam Peled and Moshe Nitzan glide between past and present, between personal memories and collective history. They take up traditions of commemorations and independence ceremonies - and dissolve them layer by layer. This gives rise to images of letting go and the longing to remain connected to what has shaped us. At the center is the radical simultaneity of grief and joy: they are interwoven, share space, transform it. The recurring choreography becomes a ritual of transformation - a lively game between resistance and devotion, in which rhythm becomes a common language.
