Facility manager in building cleaning
59-year-old Heike has to look after several building sites at the same time. Her people have to work properly, but she also wants them to treat her correctly. The contractor and the customers in turn put pressure on Heike. And because there's not enough money to go around, because they've been working at the limit for a long time, where there's no margin left, Heike sells cleaning materials that have been cleared to the side ... and gets caught!

Director Kilian Friedrich worked there himself after completing his studies and started the screenplay with a woman who toils away every day as a property manager at a cleaning company. For his first feature film, the ex-documentary filmmaker used almost exclusively non-professionals and hit the jackpot with Sabine Thalau, whom we follow closely: his film is a true-to-life portrait of a stupid life situation and yet not without hope.
