The 6-piece band Elbreeze from Hamburg has borne its name since 2019. Years earlier, band leader Marcel Zummach (keyboards) met Omid Mashregh-Zamini (guitar) and Philipp Fürstenau (drums) while studying music. Since then, the three have not only shared a love of music, but also a true friendship. Many of the songs in the current repertoire date back to this early period of the band.
