The flea market at the drive-in cinema in Vienna is one of the most popular and best-organized flea markets in the greater Vienna area and takes place every Sunday throughout the year. Bargain hunters, collectors and vintage lovers can browse through a huge range of over 100,000 different items on the extensive grounds of Autokinostraße 2 in 2301 Groß-Enzersdorf. From 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, it's all about buying, selling and reusing, true to the motto: reuse instead of waste.

What makes this flea market particularly special are the exceptionally large stalls, on average 4.7 m x 4.7 m, which is the equivalent of two stalls at many other markets. Exhibitors can sell both old and new goods, and stalls can be conveniently booked online in advance. Admission is of course free for visitors - and parking directly on site is also free, with an additional parking area just a 2-minute walk away.

Getting there by public transport is also no problem: the 26A bus stops at Essling Stadtgrenze station, just a 6-minute walk from the site. The flea market is also easily accessible by bike. Two snack stands on site provide good quality food at fair prices.

A special highlight: every last Sunday of the month (from February to November) there is also the popular children's flea market - a great family event for swapping, buying and selling children's things.

Yes, one of the great strengths of this flea market is that you can book your stand online in advance. Alternatively, you can also register directly on site on the day of the event. Pitches are then allocated on the site in the morning.

The stand fee varies depending on the season and the type of stand. In the high season, prices for old goods start from € 39, for new goods from € 39 (with a surcharge for corner pitches). 3. do I have to bring my own table?

Basically yes - exhibitors bring their own tables to display their goods. However, there is a limited number of exhibitor tables available for hire on site. A table can also be pre-booked online together with the stand space.

4. when are exhibitors admitted and by what time must the space be vacated?

Exhibitors are admitted from 5:30 am and can set up until 9:00 am. The market ends at 1:30 p.m. - the stand should be vacated by 2:30 p.m. at the latest.

5. does the children's flea market take place every Sunday?

No - the children's flea market only takes place on the last Sunday of every month, from February to November. It starts at 6:30 a.m. for exhibitors and from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for visitors.
