*Urban Disobedience Toolkit* explores the changing dynamics of public space in major cities and shows how art can inspire people to reclaim and reshape their urban environment. Through three artistic interventions and a performative lecture, the film illustrates ways to “reclaim the city.” These elements are seamlessly interwoven under the direction of artist and filmmaker Vladimír Turner, who has dedicated himself to art in public spaces for nearly two decades. The title, *Urban Disobedience Toolkit*, underscores art’s avant-garde potential—not as mere decoration, but as a radical intervention and a driving force against technocratic worldviews.

This edition of FOOD & FOOTAGE is organized in collaboration withdocfilm42. docfilm42 is an independent documentary film initiative. It views documentary film as an exploration of political, societal, historical, scientific, and social themes through artistic means and promotes its visibility through networking, film screenings, and collaborations with independent online streaming platforms.
The film screening is free; purchasing dinner is not a requirement for attending the film night.
The price for the meal is 15 euros per person (drinks not included).
