How to fall in love with your meal?

We will prepare a wonderful light lunch together in the beautiful surroundings of the coffee house. Using fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients, I will show you how to make your plate and table look beautiful.

There will be a bit of theory (e.g. composition and color combinations) and of course tips and tricks on how to quickly and easily transform a simple meal into an unforgettable, beautiful dish. We also use simple accessories (such as dried flowers, edible flowers, herbs, seeds, etc.) that you can easily have on hand or buy for little money.

Of course, tablewear is also important, so I will show you how to combine textures and shapes of dishes, cutlery and plates. We will prepare three dishes together with plenty of time to chat, try out different styling options and photograph your creations. You can bring your camera, but a smartphone is also perfectly fine.
