Francis of Delirium

With her three EPs "All Change", "Wading" and "The Funhouse", 20-year-old Jana Bahrich from Luxembourg, also known as Francis of Delirium, quickly attracted attention and was celebrated by Pitchfork, Stereogum, The FADER, Paste, DIY, The Line of Best Fit, Clash, 6Music, Radio 1, KEXP and NPR, among others. She was recently shortlisted for the prestigious ESNS Music Moves Europe Award 2022.

A unique energy and desire to connect with listeners is at the core of Francis of Delirium, with Jana's personal lyrics underpinned by an undeniable rock sound that is as liberating as it is intense. She's been described as a Gen Zer, excitingly reinterpreting classic 90s indie rock, but her admiration for contemporary acts such as Car Seat Headrest, Japanese Breakfast, Mitski, Phoebe Bridgers and Sufjan Stevens is also unmistakable.

Following her return from North America, where she played 26 support dates with The Districts in early 2022 - plus a first headline show in New York and festival slots at Shaky Knees and Treefort - Jana is set for a run of UK/EU support dates with Soccer Mommy, Horsegirl & Briston Maroney as well as a support show with Kings of Leon in Luxembourg City. This fall, Francis of Delirium played the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg and Iceland Airwaves in Reykjavik before hitting the road for a headline tour in early 2024.
