After over 100 highly successful performances in the UK, the legendary STATUS QUO frontman is bringing his new show entitled "An Evening of Francis Rossi's Songs from the Status Quo Songbook and More..." to Europe. Francis, who has always had a large fan base here, will also be coming to Germany in May 2026.

The ten German shows will include songs he has never played before in this format. The evening with Francis Rossi offers - in addition to the most important QUO classics - first-hand backstage stories. Francis talks about his more than 100 appearances on Top Of The Pops, the legendary opening of the Live Aid concert in 1985, his life with Rick Parfitt, the hits, the other stars of the industry and the misadventures around the world. All spiced up with Francis' well-known wit and British humor.

Fans are in for a real treat. The Mail on Sunday wrote: "When he strums with a captivating fluency, all that nervous energy suddenly becomes heart-warming... life-affirming... arm-waving".

The Spectator added: "His voice is strangely effective in a more intimate setting, while the three-chord cliché is quickly discarded. What's more, he's a really good lead guitarist".

On the 'An Evening of Francis Rossi's Songs from the Status Quo Songbook and more...' tour, the living rock legend will once again perform many of the signature hits that made Quo famous. Francis will also present some of his personal favorite songs and tell exciting stories from his incredible life in the music circus.

You think you know Francis? No, not quite yet...!
The story begins with his first hit 'Pictures of Matchstick Men' (1968) and continues to this day. Francis will be playing mainly on his Acoustasonic guitar, which he says is "basically a Telecaster but better suited to a show of this nature - it still has the sound and voice of a Tele though".
Perhaps, as always, the last word should belong to Francis Rossi himself: "You know what? I really love this. I can finally do what I've always wanted to do, which is just play without turning the volume up to 11. It's taken me my whole career to step back and get really simple. I let the songs speak for themselves."
