The 2026 Oscar winner, aka Mr. Nobody, is coming to Mehringplatz to present his film!
The Oscar-winning documentary profiles Pavel Talankin, a teacher at a school in his hometown of Karabash. With the start of Russia’s war of aggression, Pavel is tasked with organizing and documenting patriotic events. His doubts and scruples grow ever stronger. At the same time, his account offers a spectacular insight into the Russian propaganda machine.
