Freiluftkino „Paradiesgarten Shorts“ & „Queer Gardening“ mit anschließendem Gespräch

We invite you to a gardening movie night in the open air at Kiezlabor. The supporting program features a short film series from Berlin: "Paradiesgarten Shorts" (2018-2022) shows portraits and interviews from three gardens for encounters in Marzahn-Hellersdorf. The main film is "Queer Gardening" (2022, OmdU), the first documentary film about queer gardening in North America. Sit back and take a journey through various gardens in the USA and Canada in this 80-minute film. LGBTQIA2* gardeners show how nature-culture relationships can be reinterpreted. The films will be followed by a discussion with the filmmakers.
