Together with Pia from "Platz am Tisch" we invite you to a cozy evening in our studio mooka. in Bochum Ehrenfeld. In this combined workshop, Pia will introduce you to the basics of pickling. You will make your own ferment and take a finished jar home with you. You will also potter your own ceramic object under guidance. You can choose between a snack plate for your pickles and a practical fermentation weight that fits perfectly in your jars. The event concludes with a tasting of various fermented delicacies and a homemade, fizzy pickle soda.

Price information:

You will receive professional instruction in both the art of fermentation and pottery making. The price covers all raw materials (vegetables, spices, clay, glaze) as well as the jar and the elaborate service of firing and glazing your pottery. Included is a tasting event with homemade pickle soda and fermented snacks such as sourdough bread and pickled vegetables, as well as your finished ferment to take home. You'll pay for an organized evening where you'll learn two new skills and take home two physical products at the end.
