The Frühschoppenafterhour at Treuhand is exactly what it sounds like: Afterhour meets Frühschoppen, and the result is better than either on its own. When Sunday morning slowly dawns outside, it just goes on inside. No hard cut, no "we have to close now".

What you can expect

You know the Treuhand, Leipzig's cult pub, formerly known as the Goldhorn on Eisenbahnstraße, now at a new address but with the same vibe. Red light, felt-tip pens on the walls, disco ball above the bar. No frills, no dress code, no guest list. Just come, order a beer and stay.

The Frühschoppenafterhour takes this spirit and turns it into Sunday morning. Here, people who have been out and about since Saturday evening mingle with those who deliberately come to the Frühschoppen. And that's exactly what makes it special: The mood is simultaneously alert and tired, relaxed and euphoric, somewhere between "one last beer" and "oh, I'll stay now".
