Mother Vermina has a plan that she’s pursuing at all costs: her son must finally lose his virginity. But she’s having a hard time finding a volunteer for the task. With his extremely unappealing appearance, the mutant Fabian isn’t exactly what you’d call a good catch. So, without further ado, the old woman kidnaps a woman right off the street, locks her up, and screams mercilessly into her ear: FUCK MY SON!

But it does feature sensationally disgusting makeup effects by Robert Kurtzman. A true cult classic of gross-out cinema.
