In "Zirpen", the audience is immersed in the world of insects with tropical music. The Cuban woodwind ensemble Aires Tropicales explores the flying and crawling world of the little animals that are so important for the interplay on our planet. But the musicians discover that the tones and sounds of the insect world have become much quieter, and not just in the tropical forests. With their music, they breathe new life into these fascinating and endangered little creatures.
