Architects and other planners have a special responsibility and special opportunities when it comes to the question of how we can protect our society from the consequences of climate change and what contribution the built environment can make to shaping and using our planet in a sustainable way.
What concepts are already being successfully implemented, what ideas are currently being developed and what can and should each of us do ourselves to leave the earth in a better condition for future generations than it is today?
On this evening, innovative concepts for the sustainability of a building, the new Weleda building and the new reception building for the Weissenhof estate will be presented.
