FZW Indie Night: Plàsi + Bié

Plàsi (Swe)
On his 2024 EP Salamina (Nettwerk Music Group), which will be released this summer, the Greek-Swedish singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist does not tread the same ground or allow himself to be driven by the rhythm of the past. The music, which combines plaintive vocals with a lush sound architecture, is like the moment you fall into a dream.
Together with producer Björn Yttling (Lykke Li, Peter Björn & John, First Aid Kit), Plàsi organically expands his sonic palette, transcending the singer-songwriter tradition and reaching cinematic heights carried by a bolder sound and ambition. Accompanied by his band, he brings this new sound to the stage on the Salamina Tour across Europe.
Inspired by artists as diverse as Blanco White, Henry Jamison, Efterklang and Phoebe Bridgers, Plàsi has carefully crafted an eloquent style that blends ethereal acoustic guitars, sleek production and warm vocals.

Bié (Pt)
Bié is a singer-songwriter and producer from the north of Portugal. He has felt at home in the folk, indie rock and alternative pop genres since 2017. In 2024, he will be touring Europe with a new album in a trio line-up.
