In his book "Ganz unten im System", journalist Sascha Lübbe provides insights into the everyday lives of these people. He tells their stories, but also analyzes the system behind their working conditions.
Is our prosperity based on the exploitation of these people? What opportunities for improvement are there and where do they encounter obstacles? And what has become of the promised improvements in the meat industry? Lübbe discusses this with Stefan Körzell and Johannes Specht.
