In the organizer's words:

To mark International Women's Day, eight female authors read prose and poetry - full of irony, tragedy, absurdity and contemporary relevance.

Like the sea level, the number of femicides is constantly rising and violence is increasing. Women are disappearing from political office. Are we losing our courage? Where does violence against women begin? What are the tips of the icebergs, how deep are the cracks? When does ignorance or cluelessness turn into structural violence and which structures remain on the skin? And when does "against violence" become counter-violence?

On International Women's Day, we don't just want to ask questions, we want to give space to words that create a basis, a ground on which we can meet.
